Visited the Pantheon in 2010, a temple to all the gods of ancient Rome, built in 126 AD by Marcus Agrippa. Two thousand years after it was built, the Pantheon still has the world's largest unreinforced concrete dome rising above at 43 metres - impressive to say the least! By the way, the Pantheon is also the burial place to Raphael (thanks to Rick my buddy for the introduction several years back to Raphael's work and for the painting).

Pantheon (Rome 2010)
Visited the Pantheon in 2010, a temple to all the gods of ancient Rome, built in 126 AD by Marcus Agrippa. Two thousand years after it was built, the Pantheon still has the world's largest unreinforced concrete dome rising above at 43 metres - impressive to say the least! By the way, the Pantheon is also the burial place to Raphael (thanks to Rick my buddy for the introduction several years back to Raphael's work and for the painting).
